Matthew 8:14-15

“14And when Jesus went into Peter's house, He saw his mother-in-law lying ill with a fever. 15He touched her hand and the fever left her; and she got up and began waiting on Him,” (Matthew 8:14-15).

The instant Jesus healed this woman, she began to serve Him. What an awesome servant’s heart. She didn’t simply beg for healing, express her gratitude, and then go about her way. She instantly got up and began serving Jesus, as if to say, “I would have served You sooner, Lord, but I was sick. Now that You healed me, I can.”
