Is Your Church Worship More Pagan Than Christian?

Our praise team leader says the music is to set the atmosphere but he preaches and prays during the songs and in between, to get people to focus in on God and forget the worries they came in with and to just talk to God and worship Him.  He's leading the Sunday night Bible study I attend and that was our first night...as a praise team leader, it is a balance of picking the right music.  We don't want the music to be all about us or what God can do for us but all about who God is and about worshiping Him.

I would have to agree.  I remember attending a church similar to this article and the woman next to me, telling me, a visitor...usually the music is much better and faster, this slow stuff will put me to sleep.  How do you even respond to a statement like that?  It lacked anything about God.
