I think my boss is a non-believer

Good morning to all and God Bless!!!
While I was at work yesterday my boss asked me if God can do all things why would he have his only son come to earth and be killed for our sins after all God doesn't need us because he's supposed to be God who can do all...He is always negative and has smart comments about God and also told me not to tell people to have a blessed day,It really bothers me and I always defend God and try to explain to him why we need God but he always has something smart to say..Any suggestions anyone?????
I believe God sent me here for a reason,I have only been working here 6 mths...my last to jobs lasted over 5 yrs.

God may have placed you there for a reason, but try not to push it, you don't want to push anybody further away. If God wants you to say something, then say something, otherwise it might be better to remain silent. What do you think?

Jesus came to teach and demonstrate to us the true nature of our Father.
In allowing us in our wickedness, to destroy the most precious thing our Father had, even though he could have wiped us out with a single breath, proved to us just the very lengths, depths and bredths as far as is possible by any effort, the great love, forgivness and mercy our Father has.

Even so much as by accepting this choice of our Father to allow such a thing for our own proof, accepting Jesus, all that he stands for (God) and all that his actions earned for us (forgivness to the very ends of the earth of our sin) he then goes further still in accepting us as his children, heirs to his throne.

My advise to you is to PRAY ON IT, we cant change ppl no matter how much we try but GOD can change anyone....
