How much God can change you in just one day.

I just have to say this because it is on my mind. I have noticed in one day God has taken away my pain, he has opened my eyes so much. He has taken away the desire to drink alcohol. He has tamed my tongue from saying all hurtful, judgmental, and mean things. He has shown me the light that I never thought I would see. I just have to share these feelings, I just pray to him so much and he reassures me that when he comes back all will be better. And most of all he has forgiven me for my sins. The reason I feel like I should post this is because I think that if this could all be done for me in one day that he can make everyone else out there feel the same. Sometimes I think we just forget to ask for help. Ask and you shall receive. I hope everyone is having a good day. Thank you for being here with me God bless everyone.

Comment by Jeff on January 3, 2011 at 7:39pm: I wish it worked like that for me. Yesterday a lot of those things did happen to me but today I fell flat on my face a did things that I knew were wrong. I'm so weak. I have no control over my addiction. Please pray for me as I am nearing the end of my rope.

But I know it is coming all things are possible through God. Thank you for the comment I really like that last part. I think a lot of people feel that way....I know I have. I am glad that you had a good day hopefully the rest to follow will be pleasant as well.
