Hoops

Hoops they have made hoop;s for my Christian walk.

Spend all that time on what You can't do.

Some have made lists, they number them.

To be a Christian you can't do all these things.

They would have stoned the women,

The women who Jesus chose not to condemed.

Yes, there are sin's the number is great.

If you are a spokesman for Him, tell them this.

To love God before all & then your brother before yourself.

Tell them about Praise, tell them of Worship.

Praise and Worship to Jesus inspired by Holy Spirit.

Show them how to pray & be humbled before God.

Speak of the Word & the possibilities of Faith.

Let them see how Hope in the Lord gives strength.

Jesus served He lived as a servant, so we must serve.

Not one of your rules we get you to Heaven.

Nor will they keep you from hell.

A relation w/ Jesus is what counts,Holy Spirit brings Unity not division.

Our words must edify not tear down.

As we live our life under God, for Jesus & tender towards Holy Spirit,

The things of this world; the desires of the flesh loose hold.

When we ask Jesus to be Lord and Master of our life, we become servants.

When ALL of us were young in the Lord, we heard word like "wait" "surrender",

We try them out and then when WE don't see what we want we get mad.

Yet, when we wait and surrender more and more, they become like comfort blankets.

Then they change into Sheilds and Swords.

Not our time His, He is" The Ancient of Age"
