Good bye religion

Feeling a little wither in your walk with the Lord ? But you are not seeing any fruit.It may  mean  a sign of religion. The world we live in likes to base it standard on its performance and not what God has requires.As the word of God says in Romans 10:3-For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted to the righteousness of God.Meaning that we have allowed the traditions of man to hinder the work of God in our lives and the body of Christ. As the word of God says in Matthew 15:6- Thus you have made the commandment[d] of God of no effect by your tradition.When you are living by religion which points to your efforts and not Jesus.You began  to become frustrate in your walk with the Lord. You have no joy, you complain, you depend on yourself instead of God, you have like a emotional roller coaster relationship with Jesus. Your happy one minute but back to being downtrodden the next. It's like the example of The Parable of the Sower.with the seed that fell on the stony ground. As the word of God says in Mark 4:16-17-These likewise are the ones sown on stony ground who, when they hear the word, immediately receive it with gladness; 17 and they have no root in themselves, and so endure only for a time. Afterward, when tribulation or persecution arises for the word’s sake, immediately they stumble.Don't be  deceive in thinking that God has no power to change you into the image of God. Depending on religion is the same thing as having a form of godliness but denying God's power.As the word of God says in 2 Timothy 3:5- having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! Trusting in yourself for your salvation is just dead works.It's not producing anything. And the blood of Jesus is how you are accepted in the kingdom of God. As the word of God says in Hebrews 9:14- how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? You have to look to the one that was lifted up to receive your salvation. As the word of God says in John 3:14-15- And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, 15 that whoever believes in Him should not perish but[b] have eternal life.We don't want Jesus to come and see us with just this outside religion.As the word of God says in Mark 11:12-14-Now the next day, when they had come out from Bethany, He was hungry. 13 And seeing from afar a fig tree having leaves, He went to see if perhaps He would find something on it. When He came to it, He found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs. 14 In response Jesus said to it, “Let no one eat fruit from you ever again.” So forget what tradition has   been telling you and start living in the new covenant that has a much greater glory. AS the word of God shows us in 2 Corinthians 3:9 For if the ministry of condemnation had glory, the ministry of righteousness exceeds much more in glory. Let the Lord Spirit transform you. As the word of God says in 2 Corinthians 3:18-But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.God bless you on your journey

If you want a relationship with Jesus say this prayer: Lord Jesus I come to you because I am sinner in need of your saving grace.Behold Lord Jesus you are the standard for righteousness. And I choose your way.And accept your truth that I am a transgressor and I come to have your life. I now turn away from my sin and my way and Turn my life and soul over to you.Fill me with your Holy Spirit. In Jesus Name.AMen

Praise God you are a new creation.Go get a New King James Version, read your bible for your soul .Feed your soul with the word of God .Live in the word of God.
