Don't trust in your wisdom

Let's look at Genesis 12:10- At that time a severe famine struck the land of Canaan, forcing Abraham to go down to Egypt, where he lived as a foreigner . The reason why I am focusing on this one is, because like all of born again Christians  we sometimes forget where we belong, and sometimes yoked ourselves  to the world. When God has called us to be separate from the world.As the word of God says in 2 Corinthians 6:17-Therefore, come out from among unbelievers and separate yourselves from them, says the Lord. Don't touch their filthy things and I will welcome you. Abraham was called to pass through Egypt not take settlement their. Because we come from a different kingdom, not the world kingdom. You know the world does not talk like us. As the word of God says in 1 John 4:5-Those people belong to this world, so they speak from the world's viewpoint, and the world listen to them. God even tells us that we should never put our trust in ourselves or own plans. As the word of God says Isaiah 30:1- " What sorrow awaits my rebellious children,' says the Lord. You make plans that are contrary to mine. You make alliances not directed by my Spirit. God always has our best interest in heart. As the word of Jeremiah 29:11- For I know the plans I have for you, " says the Lord. " They are plans for good and not for disaster , to give you a future and a hope.But we sometimes don't trust in God's way of doing things, and we convert to our own method. Like the disciples did in feeding the five thousands. For examples in John 6:7- Philip replied, " Even if we worked for months, we wouldn't have enough money to feed them. See how we think sometimes on, but sometimes don't look to the Creator who made whole world. As the word of God says in Psalm 24:1- The earth is the Lord's and everything in it. The world and all its people belong to him.and Psalm 24:2- For he laid the earth's foundation on the seas and built it on the oceans depths. We don't have the world in our hands, but God does. That's why it is very dangerous to go around depending our own wisdom. We are called to walk by faith. As the word of God says 2 Corinthians 5:7-For we live by believing and not by seeing.We cannot become wise in our human method. We have to see things from God's point of. As the word of God says in Colossians  3:2-  Think about the things of heaven. not  the things of earth. This world can mess up your faith. As the word of God says in 2 Corinthians 4:18- So we don't  look  at the troubles we can see now; rather , we fix our gaze  on the things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone,but the things we cannot see will last forever. Don't be wise in your own eyes, trust in Jesus, He will not disappoint you.

If you want a relationship with Jesus. Say Lord Jesus I am sinner, I need your grace, what I done against you is just.But you did no wrong and no deceit was found in you. Lord Jesus I come to you asking for my relationship to be restore back to you. I ask you to fill me with your Holy Spirit.in Jesus Name
