Cut the Chatter

Greetings from the Reed Family,

We hope this letter finds all of you well and we trust
that God is richly blessing your family. This correspondence
is two-fold in nature and we're seeking the Lord's will
in its effort.



As many of you are aware, the past 3 years have been challenging
and yet a wonderful time of growth for our family, physically,
as well as spiritually. Since the time of my cancer treatment
in 2006, we have sought to stay afloat financially and have been
diligent in seeking employment. However, Father has seemingly
closed many doors , even unexpected ones. in order to gain my
attention. (Isn't it awesome, that God will make a way, when it
seems there is no way. What a great Song!.........)

These indications have become a great source of blessing and
encouragement to seeking Father's will for the Life of my Family.
We are currently ministering to the great people of Mt. Carbon
Church of God in Murphysboro, IL and looking forward to watching
supernatural things happen to very natural people, Gotta Love It!
That being said, Pastoring it is not only a career, it is a CALLING.
A Calling to not only talk about what we should do, but
CUT THE CHATTER and DO IT!

THE BUCK STOPS HERE!!!

For 10 years now, Father has received my attention, which gave me
the same benefit of having His full attetion. Dad and I have talked for
a long time and by all indications, it appears that something is NOT
working. When I hear statistics like, for example, that on average
the local congregation sees 4-10 people Saved, annually.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME????!!!!! You mean to tell me that less than 10%
of conversions take place, within the Family of God each year. (Let
me compose myself...................this is a DISGRACE !! And I, for those
of you who know me, am all about GRACE!! Father knows I need
it!

I'm not Bitter, Angered ( in the flesh), nor Defeated.
WE Kingdom Members have slacked for entirely too long, AMEN?
It is TIME to SAVE THE LOST!!!!!!!!!!!!!
