Can't see the forest for the trees.

A person can concern themselves with all of God's commandments and not have Love.
OR- A person can Love God and all people and in doing so fulfill God's commandments.
I think this is a version of the old can't see the forest for the trees addage.
I am looking for a Church in the Seattle-metro area that concerns themselves with outreach as in Matthew 25:31-40, and leaves God's actions and miracles to God. Can anyone help me?

Also I was taught at Set Free San Diego, that a belief is much more than a reflection in one's mind. A true belief is manifest in one's actions.
