Yesterday was a wonderful day for me. You see it was my 64th birthday and I am just so thankful to the Lord for letting me stick around for 64 years and reap the rewards of the day. Hopefully as my aunt reminded me yesterday morning that next year i would be 65 (I thanked her for the math lesson). I have nothing to complain about, although as many of you my life has not been as easy as i think it should have been, but I have am living proof that the Lord does indeed refine us as the potter does the clay, if we let Him He will mold us into what we should be, but it might not be what we envision. I am so thankful that the Lord reached His hand out to me so many times and I was able to grab on to His hand, He never let me sink, although there were times when i was so over my head, I must have squeezed His nail scarred hand so tightly but He never let go. As I look back over these "short" 64 years, I see wasted time, unwanted time, useless time, times i could have done better, but then I also see loving times, beautiful times, growing times and peaceful times. I thank God for all the times because without them I would not have had a life. I have had a wonderful life and hopefully I have been who God made me to be. This i know and am secured in that God loves me just as I am, Janet Walker. He made me, he molded me, he guides me, and most importantly He makes me feel loved through all the individuals He puts in my life, whither it is for a long period of time or just someone passing through, I know there is love there.
So yesterday was a wonderful day for me, because it was the first day of the rest of my life and I still have the capability of loving God and His people.
Thank you Father, Son and the Holy Spirit.

AWESOME!!!!
Well happy 64th!! The Lord will continue to provide his kindness too you. Always be grateful and humble. And when people ask you why you are like that? You tell them, "its because of the grace of God".
I'm so glad you had a good day and shared cause I've been wondering what's been up with you. We have been missing you in chat.
