Bad Day Turned Good

My day started bad. I woke with a headache and a stomach ache. I wasnt going to go to church but something told me i should. No one else wanted to go to church so i was going by myself. So i got ready and when i got in the car, it wouldnt start. My husband tried everything he could but still nothing happened. My dad called and said he was going to his brothers church for the churches 170 year memorial. So he invited me to go also. Well, by then my little Kay Lynn decided she wanted to go so then i had to hurry up and get her ready to go. It was a nice service and we had a dinner afterward. I got to see alot of people i had not seen in years.I talked to the preacher that married my husband and i almost 25 years ago. I am glad i got to go even though it was not to my church or even my denomination. Its good to see how other churches operate. A bad day turned into a good day for me afterall.
