My First Entry

It is so amazing to be part of a community of believers who REALLY want to serve God with their lives. I have been in so many churches where people just go through the motions because that's what they were taught to do without the message of the gospel touching their lives deeply. As followers of Christ we should never feel comfortable just going about our day to day existence without reaching out to help the hurting and the lost. Apathy is the worst enemy of the good news, and I myself am so guilty of not caring enough to share what I have learned about God's great love for me. I hope to grow in knowledge and understanding of what God wants for my life, but mostly in my love for Him.
