Matthew 12:50

" For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother."

When Jesus spoke these words to His disciples, He was sending out a message to all of us- that we could enjoy a very special personal relationship with Him! Since we are all children of God, we are automatically heirs to the kingdom and co-heirs with Jesus. That's one similarity. Also, isn't Christian fellowship like one giant brotherhood anyway? The key here is not just to simply believe in Jesus and pray to Him. The real blessing is the everyday fellowship we can have with our Lord and Savior! He's always here to talk to, He will grant you rest in your sorest hour of need, He is your strength and your redeemer! Once you've asked Jesus into your heart, don't lock Him up in there! Allow Him to shine through you! After all, what grater relationship is there? Your faith is a living faith. Your Savior is a living Savior! Fellowship with Him in all your days- for He considers you family! Don't be one of those family members that only visits on Sundays; experience Christ in you, the hope of Glory!
