If anyone does not know how to manage his own family, how can he take care of God's church?
--- 1 Timothy 3:5
In Acts 1:8: “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."
Our 1st. ministry is our own self and our family that’s why God designed His man to have family so they can first do their ministry in them and God wants us to do in our ministry is OUR CHARACTER/ATTITUDE... For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love. For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 2 Peter 1:5-8
When i accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior .. my family too responded in God’s calling...
We will serve the LORD our God and obey him.—Josue 24:24
We have already 3 teens and 2 kids at that time.... my teens are under construction its like a bamboo all bend as they grow and can’t easily make them straight... But thank God for everything for we are all in Our Potter’s Hand ... and my new foundation is my two kids... Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.--- Prov. 22:6
My Prayer: Father God Thank you for everything.... it’s because of Your Grace why we are all here standing firm... I thank you for revealing this things to us.. yes indeed our first ministry must be our own Jerusalem... And as i always pray to you.. make us a living epistle to the world , that a family that worship You in truth and spirit will be bless in all aspect of life.. And we are doing all this things for God’s glory .. Amen..
