Last week, I was present at a restaurant with my grandchildren.

My six-year-old grandson asked if he could say grace.

As a Person Thinks...so is he...

I once heard a speaker say: ‘As a man thinks in his heart, so is he, or so shall he become.’ It is remarkable that I remembered this line forever, even though it was before I became a Christian. When Your Hut's on Fire

The only survivor of a shipwreck was washed up on a small, uninhabited island. He prayed feverishly for God to rescue him. Every day he scanned the horizon for help, but none seemed forthcoming.
