Getting on with life

I am new to this and was invited to join by a chuch member.. I will be 56 in a couple of weeks and have been recently divorced after 34 years of marriage.. My exwife has remarried just before Thanksgiving and I get along very well with her and new husband Ray.. Good morning!!

I appreciate everyones prayers. That friday when my husband went to pick up his check from work, a co worker gave him a card and said merry christmas. To his surprise, when we opened it there fell out a check for $500!! PRAISE GOD!!! We were able to pay a few bills, get food and a few gifts for the kids.

I feel i need to share my story with the World. So here goes.
