Dear fellow Christians... Before I start read Mathew 24:6.... see you are not TROUBLED, for all theses things MUST COME TO PASS! I also advise every one of you to read Mathew Chapters 24-26. Especially during these shaky times! I am in no way trying to be one of those "THE END IS HERE" kind of Christians. I am however one of those "BE ALERT" type of Christians. Is the end of times here? You decide after you read my Blog, but i do sincerely ask you to consider some of the ASTONISHING things that…

"I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make its boast in the Lord; the humble shall hear of it and be glad. Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together. i sought the Lord, and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. They looked to Him and were radiant. and their faces were not ashamed. this poor man cried out, and the Lord head him, And saved him out of all his troubles.
The angel of the Lord…

"I hold these truths to be self evident."
"Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness."
We, as believers in Christ have seen, heard, and have witnessed many things, that this world will not believe.
Jesus testified of a truth that was well known to Him. He came from the Father and to the Father He returned. All ministers must also testify of the things that were made known to…

Acts 5.12-17 - The apostles performed many miraculous signs and wonders among the people. And all the believers used to meet together in Solomon's Colonnade. No one else dared join them, even though they were highly regarded by the people. Nevertheless, more and more men and women believed in the Lord and were added to their number. As a result, people brought the sick into the streets and laid them on beds and mats so that at least Peter's shadow might fall on some of them as he passed by.…

It is obvious we are living in difficult economic times for far too many people. All too many have been looking to government for a resolve to their economic plight without realizing government is part of the problem. It reminds one of the POGO summary – “We Have Met The Enemy and He Is Us.” This past weekend John King on his CNN telecast – The State Of The Union – traveled to Alabama and shared the following vignette from Selma with his viewers:… Continue

THE POWER OF CHOICES
Former president Ronald Reagan once had an aunt who took him to a cobbler for a pair of new shoes. The cobbler asked young Reagan, “Do you want square toes or round toes?” Unable to decide, Reagan didn’t answer, so the cobbler gave him a few days.
Several days later the cobbler saw Reagan on the street and asked him again what kind of toes he wanted on his shoes. Reagan still couldn’t decide, so…

This guy is agnostic and I need to know what kind of answers I can give to him about this..
This has to be one of the hardest topics to discuss, mainly because it indirectly questions the legitimacy of a person's character; And calling someone illegitimate is, needless to say, rather offensive and disrespectful.
So allow me to give this topic a proper introduction before it goes up in flames. (sorry if this seems long, but I believe it's worth the…

Joseph, a Levite from Cyprus, whom the apostles called Barnabas, (which means Son of Encouragement), sold a field he owned and brought the money and put it at the apostles' feet. Now a man named Ananias, together with his wife Sapphira, also sold a piece of property. With his wife's full knowledge he kept back part of the money for himself, but brought the rest and put it at the apostles' feet. Then Peter said, "Ananias, how is it that Satan has so filled your heart that you have lied to the…

Brothers and Sisters...I am in the midst of struggle right now. I have finally admitted that I have an issue with addiction and am needing to move forward through it. Since my accident almost three years ago, I have been taking a single prescribed medication (Tramadol or Ultram, 50mg 2x day) for pain and depression. I have become dependent on it to get me moving in the morning, and to give me motivation to move through the day. I find that my doctor doesn't seem to know or care about what this…

Acts 4:32-35 All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of his possessions was his own, but they shared everything they had. With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and much grace was upon them all. There were no needy persons among them. For from time to time those who owned lands or houses sold them, brought the money from the sales and put it at the apostles' feet, and it was distributed to anyone as he had…

BECOMING A RELEVANT CHURCH IN OUR GENERATION
For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord—who is the Spirit—makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image.
( 2Corinthians 3:17-18 NLT )
I see a change in the new generation that is coming up…

A book by Newt Gingrich and his daughter, Jackie Cushman, became available this week. The title is: 5 PRINCIPLES FOR A SUCCESSFUL LIFE. In a review by Peter Roff in US News.com: “The 5 Principles are based upon Newt Gingrich attaining and being Speaker of the House of Representatives, namely, “…dream big, work hard, learn every day, enjoy life, and be true to yourself—through examples from his own life as well as through contributions from a group of… Continue

I truly need your HELP! I just started my work in the Lord. I know alot about the Word as far as opening a chapter and reading it, and even as far as understanding it to a degree. Unfortunately I truly am pathetic at being able to say well In Mathew so and so it says this. So I have a few questions that i need references to "verse" wise, and it truly would be a big HELP to me. Im trying to prepare something to share with my family and close friends. I want to be sure to be able to show certain…

A very long time ago, 27 years to be exact, a baby girl was born to parents too young and too immature to have children, but were in love, or so they thought.
A year and a half later, another baby girl was born.
The babies grew and while they were growing, there were many struggles for the parents who became very stressed but were too young and too immature to do anything about the stress except take it out on the baby girls.
Poor babies, they were treated with much anger and…

Today I was at my older brothers house. Let me first say he has 2 really great boys. One is about 1yr old and the other is about a little over 2. They are both complete opposites in my eyes. Joziah is out going and friendly ( the 2yr old) and Joshua ( the 1 yr old)..... well he sort of quiet,to himself, but he's also a real big cry baby LOL! Well back to my topic, I remember he was crying ,he either wanted to get picked up, eat, or try to get a little attention, and im like Wow, what A BIG…
