That may be the single most important question in the whole Bible. Indeed, perhaps the most important question anyone could ever ask to us. The truth of all the great claims Jesus made depends on His identity. The application in our lives depends on how much we believe and trust what He said, and what He is.
"Who do people say the Son of Man is?"
The world has given different answers throughout history:
"Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still…

"It is a rare thing to find one who is fit to go for God, and carry His message to the children of men."
"Such a degree of courage for God and concern for the souls of men as is necessary to make a man faithful, and withal such an insight into the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven as is necessary to make a man skillful are seldom to be met with."
"None are allowed to go for God but those who are sent by Him; He will own none but those whom He appoints...It is Christ's work to put men…

Hello everyone. I'm asking a simple question. "What do hugs mean to you?" and "Do you think it is biblical to hug?"

THE OPEN HEART SURGERY Series is a group of stories about people who have fallen through the crack, some would say. People, who, for one reason or another, have dropped out of society, hidden away. Some have gotten to that point on their own, while others have been pushed there by the circumstances of an evil world. But I believe The Lord wants us to look at them, listen to them, find them, and… Continue

One day I was talking to my friend and we got into it because I told her how I felt and what I researched about Jehovah Witnesses and she is one. To make matters worse she bought her mom to defend her so at that point her mom basically said I was going to hell because she said when God raise the people from the died some people I think would not get risen and she don't want to pass by my body and see I am one of them. She said there's only one God and she don't believe in Trinity and Jesus…

'Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain, to recieve power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honour and glory and praise!' - Revelation 5:12
This antiphony in honour of God is already commenced. Two thousand years ago, God revealed to John on the island of Patmos that the church and the angels, the animals of the field and the eagles of the heights, the trees and the heather would ultimately sing in praise, and that this song would be dedicated to Jesus, the Lamb.
John had…

Good Morning,
Today the Gospel moves into Europe!
I take you now to Acts chapter 17 for this exciting stop on Paul’s second missionary journey. . .
“Paul and Silas then traveled through the towns of Amphipolis and Apollonia and came to Thessalonica, where there was a Jewish synagogue. As was Paul’s custom, he went to the synagogue service, and for three Sabbaths in a row he used the Scriptures to reason with the people. He explained the prophecies and proved that the…

As I have recently been studying Genesis lately I can't help but look at it like an artist. Read through the creation account and you see, atleast I do in my mind an artist at his canvis. Let there be light etc. With each creative act is as though God takes his brush and adds the detail to it. It follows with and saw that it was good and this affirms my vision. As an artist sees in his mind what he wants it isn't until he has put it on the canvas that he knows how it has turned out. I do not…

Authority, Do you feel as though you have authority. You do, you know. Do you speak with authority. What is it, how do we get it, and why do we need it? That is the subject of this study, today.
Listen to a story from Luke about an interesting occurrence in the life of Jesus that is largely concerning this issue of authority. Usually, this area of scripture is taught concerning "faith", and it is about faith.…

Hi everybody,
Greetings in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ and I pray that you and your family are doing great by the mercies of the Lord.
I want to really encourage you to consider visiting here because I really believe that God will always move where there is hunger and thirsty for his word and I believe that Uganda is a prepared and ready ground for sowing the word of God and there will always be big harvests where even little seeds are sown in Faith.
So my…

"Why Do Christians Call Jesus the 'Son of God'?"
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It may come as a surprise to the Muslim friend of a Christian to find out that both are offended by the same idea: that Jesus would be considered to be the physical son of God. Since the time of Muhammad, Muslims have misunderstood this term Son of God to mean that Jesus was God's Son through physical sonship, as a result of a…

"A great deal of the labour of faithful ministers is labour in vain; and, when it is so, it cannot but be a great grief to those who desire the salvation of souls."
"The labour of ministers is in vain upon those who begin in the Spirit and end in the flesh, who, though they seem to set out well, yet afterwards turn aside from the way of the gospel."
"It is the devil's design to hinder the good fruit and effect of the preaching of the gospel. If he cannot hinder ministers from…

Delete Post Edit Blog Posts..In school, years ago, my teacher would have a roll call every morning and each student whose name was called would reply "here" obviously there was silence if a student was absent - well in most cases sometimes a student whose name was called and was present was so busy doodling or reading or simply ignoring the teacher. It would require a second call to that student in order for them to respond. Those whose names had to…
