I want to share a familiar text with you.
Mat 16:25 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.
Without trying to prejudice your understanding, I would ask you, what does this verse mean to you. I charge you to spend a few moments contemplating what Jesus is saying here. They I would appreciate your valued comments and exposition if you will. Thank you.

“Have we been misled?”
2Co 6:1 And working together with Him, we also urge that you not receive the grace of God in vain.
2Co 6:2 For He says: "In an acceptable time I have heard you, and in the day of salvation I have helped you." Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.
2Co 6:3 We give no occasion for offense in anything, lest the ministry be blamed,
2Co 6:4 but in everything commending ourselves as ministers of… Continue

I hope all sufferers of any description that may plague us had moments of spiritual realization or are still hopeful to accept that the Lord is with you.
This is a bit of a lame post in regards to all serious problems experienced by so many.
I had a choice to remain lonely, to be without friends, to be the self suffering feeling sorry for myself type of individual, to remain apart OR do something that God would say should be a necessary step in self reformation and to…

Why is this christmas so gloomy? I wonder if its still "joy to the world ". But I still don't understand why I would lose my dad few days to christmas. Like that wasn't enough . Now I wonder why my friend, whom I call my baby brother, lose his mother on a christmas night. I mean few hours ago. Where does my consolation come from ? Though I strongly refuse to ask God why, I still believe it's not his will. But then it's well with my soul.

As the Christ child lay contently asleep in the feeding manager and as shepherds gathered around to gaze in wonder upon this child sent by God and announced by angels. How appropriate that shepherds and their sheep gathered around this Wonder that lay wrapped in his swaddling cloths for this innocent and divine Child would become the Shepherd of shepherds seeking His sheep in life's wilderness. Many would respond to His call and follow Him as He led them to the waters of eternal life, to feed…

But Mary kept all these things and pondered them in her heart.
Luke 2:19

Christmas: Call His Name Jesus—At the Name of Jesus
"For He will save His people from their sins”
Our New Testament opens with the glorious advent of Christ the Promised One; God the Son came to Earth to save sinners.
Christmas is really has one theme and one central message—Jesus came to save people from their sins. That is the way He is introduced to us; those are the first words recorded about Jesus in the New Testament.
Christmas as the Matthew…

Yes that is true, so many of us let hate fill our lives and let history been in the present time that you can't figure out where are you exactly.
I was as young child been molested by a uncle of mine, and I "hate" him for that, and I find it out when I was been treated for stress after a nervous breakdown, which I thought was my husband who put me there.
Yes my husband had lots of affairs and I was always feeling out, like "he didn't love me" or "why should he love me"…

Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel. Isaiah 7:14
When Jesus was born, only a few people realized He was more than a typical infant. The same is true today. Many people attend Christmas Eve services and observe holiday traditions but fail to consider three important questions:
Was Jesus really God?
Why did He come to earth?
What does this have to do…

To Christians, Christmas and Easter are the two most important days of the year. One commemorates the birth of Christ; the other remembers His death and resurrection. In order to honor the meaning of Christmas, many Christians decorate with Nativity scenes.
Every year in December we celebrate the birthday of Jesus Christ. That is why we call this time of year 'Christmas' - we celebrate the 'Mass', or church service, for Christ. The word Christmas (or Christ's Mass) comes from the Old… Continue

Dear child, maybe now that your preparations are through, you can make some quiet to be with me. You will have to take the time, it won't just happen. Just as the townspeople of Bethlehem missed my birth all those years ago, it would be easy for you to go through Christmas, and miss me,…
