Faith and Trust in God is not optimism or positive thinking. These things share some similarity, but they are not equal. Optimism is a feeling, it is a emotion. Positive thinking is powered by self. I am Praying for you. I will Pray for you. They sound the same but, they are not. Both, are Powerful actions. However, they can be miles apart. As we grow in the Lord, we learn that what we say matters. When we tell another that we are or will Pray for them, we are held to this.
