Where are the Children?
( 1 Samuels 1:18-28)
18And she said, Let thine handmaid find grace in thy sight. So the woman went her way, and did eat, and her countenance was no more sad.
19And they rose up in the morning early, and worshipped before the LORD, and returned, and came to…

Triumph through trials
As we enter into another year please remember that through trials come triumphs. May we all proclaim God's goodness and Glory as we share our triumphs, lets concentrate not on the trials that we went through but the blessings that were brought about throught those trials. Let us proclaim and concentrate on those blessings. Remember that God has us on the potter's wheel, refining and molding us…

A lot of us in our early years with Christ find that we are self centred instead of being God centred. We do not allow certain parts of Christ into our relationship because it does not fit into our everyday life. We have to learn to re-align our thoughts and meditate on what it is that is controlling our everyday living and decide what is more important, God, or whatever it is that is that is slowing our journey with him.
It could be that our God is “Money” because we want…

A breakthrough prayer is one that demands an answer in the face of all odds and when all outside signs are against that prayer. A breakthrough prayer doesn't give up. It persist and insists in the face of contradictory evidences.
James 5:17 - 18
Elijah was a man just like us. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years. Again he prayed and the heaven gave rains and the earth produce its crop..
To begin with, …

Zechariah 4:10 For who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the LORD, which run to and fro through the whole earth.
Are you just beginning?
Everything big, begins with something small, and your attitude in the beginning often determines your success in the end.
The Bible says: "Who despises the day of small things?
delight in what God gives you to…

Happy New year 2012
Another year passed and there will be a new beginning. Another year it starts from the month of January and the whole year slowly passed one after another month, one day after another day. It is not new. I have passed 51 long years is it not amazing! Bible says in Psalms. 90:10 “ The days of our years are…

Jesus is Better than Santa
Santa lives at the North Pole.
JESUS is everywhere.
Santa rides in a sleigh
JESUS rides on the wind and walks on the water.
Santa comes but once a year
JESUS is an ever present help.
Santa fills your stockings with goodies
JESUS supplies all your needs.
Santa comes down your chimney uninvited
JESUS stands at your door and…

A man was sleeping at night in his cabin when suddenly his room filled with light, and God appeared. The Lord told the man he had work for him to do, and showed him a large rock in front of his cabin. The Lord explained that the man was to push against the rock with all his might.
So, this the man did, day after day.
For many years he toiled from sun up to sun down, his…

Etched into the soul's fine print
should be the motto "Handle with Care";
but Man's nature to ignore instruction
is manifested in Life's disrepair.
To have God's Word in written form
could be viewed as a "Human Warranty",
where divine ground rules for all
has abundance in the best that Life can be.

Gazing into a starry night,
I see a deep indigo sky
with perfect placement of twinkling light.
Stars reveal the expanse of time
from before the birth of humanity;
their existence came from dynamic energy
which was created by spoken word
that no man has ever heard.
Solitary spirit of awesome might
painted this heavenly canvas
with a flick of His hand and uttered thought.
Divine creation shared with you and me -
It's part of our heritage and His…

You're Not Reading This by Accident by Rick Warren “By entering through faith into what God has always wanted to do for us—set us right with him, make us fit for him—we have it all together with God because of our Master Jesus.” (Romans 5:1 MSG) You’re not reading this by accident. No, God knew before you were born that you would be here in this moment. He planned to get your attention for just a few seconds so he could say this to you: “I’ve seen every hurt in your life, and I’ve never…

"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."
The gift of God. Why do so many people miss His gift? One reason might be the rather ordinary wrapping; "He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him" (Isaiah 53:2). And you can't get less majestic than being…Continue

"For a righteous man may fall seven times and rise again.…" ( NKJV).
You have probably read how "Einstein was four years old before he could speak and seven before he could read. Isaac Newton did poorly in grade school. Beethoven's music teacher once said of him, 'As a composer he is hopeless.' When a boy, Thomas Edison's teachers told him he was too…
