Ok, a couple of my uncles [two of dad's brothers] came to visit today.



I was suspicious when Uncle L. mentioned during his last visit...I think he thinks that being born again is like a cult [he has said he's a Christian though].



Well, today he and uncle J. came to visit.



L. said this. Aunt P. [his sister] told him you have to be sure you're saved so you don't go to Hell. My uncle told us [my parents, uncle J. and me] that you just can't tell people they're going…

I think one of the main reasons I have trouble reading the Bible is because it's hard to get a mental image of what is going on when I read.

I don't want to have regular faith I want to have extreame faith like Elijah or Daniel. The brothern overseas have extreame faith and I admire that. It's awesome they work together with brothers and sisters in Christ and accomplish so much for His sake!

I'm encourged by reading a few books from Voice of the Martyrs. Such encourgement has to be of the Holy Spirit. They're so strong in the Lord. I want to be given the courge like they have. No matter the threat...never deny Jesus. Facing persecution, possible death for His sake? They've rejoiced and prayed for their enemies. It doesn't matter the threat or harm. They risk it all for the sake of Christ and spreading His gospel.
