Lord I come to you this morning, standing in awe as a witness to your astounding greatness and power. When I started the task You gave me, I did so in the feverish hope that You would send me the teachers I needed to fulfill this task. AND JUST HOW DID YOU ANSWER MY PRAYERS!!! I come to you to humbly thank you for providing above and beyond my wildest dreams. I come to you on this day to exalt You above all for hearing my prayers and proving once again that if You start something, You will also…

Acts 14.1-20 As I read today's passage over and over, I was struck by how fickle these people were. . . how they were influenced first one way and then that. A couple weeks ago, we discussed the strategy of Satan to tear down, to rip off, to destroy wherever possible. One of his best ploys is to play with our minds; when he gains access to a weak mind, he can wreak all kinds of havoc in our thinking--causing doubt, guilt, fear, anxiety, etc. So, I see how the devil no doubt was involved in the…

Will “failed” Christians go to Heaven?
Grace: one of the most misunderstood doctrines in the Church today.
Do you ever feel confused with how good works play a role in the life of a believer?
Do good works play a part in salvation or it is that they are part of growing in grace?
Will the true grace of God allow a person to remain unproductive after authentic Holy Spirit conversion?
Who’s right, the Apostle Paul or was James right? Or were both of them saying…

As i listened to a sermon this morning of a friend of mine, i was once again touched by his words. His whole sermon was about salvation and choices we have to make.
The message was from Luke 13:6 onwards about the fig tree that doesnt bear any fruit. So the owner of this tree told the vinedresser (or call it the garderner) to remove this tree, but the gardener asked him for another chance for this tree, he will nurse this tree, dig around it, fertilize it, water it and look after it,…

C.S. Lewis once said that unless a complicated argument could be simplified to appeal to the average person, the chances were that the one doing the explaining did not understand it either.
As Christians we need to be critical thinkers, which is a basic skill, ideas govern the world or throw it into chaos. So, my net work of friends let us be able to talk logically, appreciate the arts and engage in table talk, only by doing all three can we be effective as Christians for this is not…

Today me and my sister Melissa watched a movie called
"Exodus Revealed" and they think they found where Mount Sinai is and where the Israelites crossed the Red Sea. They think it is in the Aqaba Gulf. Mount Sinai is thought to be in Saudi Arabia. We saw ruins of Israelite houses in Egypt, chariot wheels covered in coral, high mountain peaks and a rock split in half as if by water. We loved it.
God bless,
Michelle and Melissa

Pray for healing for Tom J. G. & that God brings Tom out from under ALL the lies, circumstances and situations Tom keeps himself bound under. Pray God restores & increases daily communication from Tom to Kathylou M.and brings their relationship to a full time relationship with their love 10 folds stronger every day. Pray God continues to watch over and provide for Kathylou and all those God made Kathylou a steward over.

I listened to a great message last night about the prophetic, that I want to share a little bit of what I gleaned from it with you.
We have all had things that God has placed in our hearts, or have had some prophetic word spoken into our lives.
Joseph and David are excellent examples: Joseph had God show him in dreams his destiny. David was anointed…

My story starts many years ago as a little girl in the "Pinkster Protestante" (Pentecostal Protestant) church in Silverton, Pretoria. I was about 7 years old when I decided to answer a pulpit call to give my life to Jesus. Now many of you might think "wow" but that was not where it stayed.
The following year my parents got divorced and my beloved grandfather died. With the divorce also came a change of church to the Nederduits Hervomde Kerk (Dutch Reformed) and all of a sudden the fact…

The degree that I fall into sin seems to be more about what I believe and my learned behavior, than about my sinful nature. Please tell me your take on the subject? Thanks so much.

OK, SO EVERYONE REMEMBERS THE STORY OF L. AKA LYDELL! HE'S THE ONE I HAD THE PRIVILEDGE OF PRAYING FOR, A WEEK AGO, LAST THURSDAY, AFTER HE OVESDOSED ON PILLS AND HE RESPONDED!! SO THEN HE WENT TO WORK WITH US AT THE CHERRY FESTIVAL.
SO TURNS OUT HE HAD SOME OTHER TROUBLE TO DEAL WITH IN VIRGINA, SO HE IS LEAVING TONIGHT TO HEAD BACK THERE. I COULDN'T LET HIM LEAVE WITHOUT PRAYING FOR HIM AGAIN AND LEADING HIM TO THE LORD, SO, DAVE AND I WENT TO SEE HIM AND YOLANDA…

THESE LAST FEW WEEKS, THE LORD HAS BEEN STIRRING MY HEART TO SHARE AND TEACH ABOUT OFFENSES! HOW OFFENSES COME OUR WAY, AND HOW WE OFFEND OTHERS!
LUKE 17:1, THE JESUS SAID TO HIS DISCIPLES, " IT IS IMPOSSIBLE THAT NO OFFENSES SHOULD COME, BUT WOE TO HIM THROUGH WHOM THEY DO COME! SO WE LEARNED THAT OFFENSES ARE ALWAYS GOING TO COME OUR WAY, WHETHER IT'S SOMETHING PEOPLE SAY, OR DO TO US, THAT MIGHT CAUSE US PAIN, HURT, TORMENT...
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT MANY OF THESE PEOPLE IN…

I want to share something that gives us hope in the dark of troubles and isolations. Circumstances droves us alone in solitude where we think that God is silent, not transcendent to care for us.
One night, I saw my grand daughter crying outside their room, I talked to her with a loving word, IA (Victoria) why?" as her tears rolled down to her face, she pointed to their closed door and cried aloud, ..Mommy! Mommy!. Then my wife took her to our room pacifying the longing and desire to…

“You will make known to me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forever.” ( Psalm 16:11 )
“For You make him most blessed forever; You make him joyful with gladness in Your presence.”
( Psalm 21:6 )

From My Perspective - - -
Stimulus #1: $787 Billion. Needed – Stimulus #2 (the President hasn’t said how much it should be – just that we need more spending)! Problem – Senator Harry Reed stated we have yet to spend almost 90% of Stimulus #1. Stimulus #1 was supposed to fund “shovel-ready” infra-structure projects. This sounded logical and workable – but – it really hasn’t happened. Texas congressman Louis Gohmert (R 1st Dist.) offered a novel approach last year. He floated an… Continue
