Child's View of Thunderstorms

A little girl walked to and from school daily.

Though the weather that morning was questionable and clouds were forming, she made her daily trek to the elementary school.

As the afternoon progressed, the winds whipped up, along with lightning.

The mother of the little girl felt concerned that her daughter would be frightened as she walked home from school and she feared the electrical storm might harm her child.

I’ve been thinking how the truth affects different people. It’s just like a light shining into a dark place. People react to the truth in one of two ways. Some are drawn like moths, while others scatter like cockroaches.

"The Leading of the Spirit is a Mysterious Thing!"...

... That is what our pastor said on Sunday night!!

That's hit a cord with me, so I listened intently as he preached. He was really hitting the nail on the head. It seemed that everyone was saying the same thing that day.

Firstly, praise the Lord, that His arm is not too short that he cannot save us out of our troubles!! And what He has done before, He can do again!! But now, I want to ask you to pray for God to heal our brother again!!
