Although I don’t have a split personality,
it's certainly interesting to see a new way
of looking at myself… in terms of duality.
I seem to be in conflict with God’s plan,
dealing with struggles of an imbalanced stand
that occurs between my inward and outward man.
Even though my outward man is perishing,
the unseen inward man is under a daily renewing –
provided The Word, I’m still consuming.
Therefore,…

“The Teacher is here, asking for you.” John.11:28
Reflection:
God calls me through the medium of my duty. But He also calls me through the events of every day and every hour – the interruptions and contradictions He sends. Am I always aware of this?
There is only one response to this Divine call. It is a courageous and faithful “I am ready.”
Prayer:
“Heavenly Father, help me to hear Your call in all that happens to me. Let…

Have you ever thought that you have been forgotten by God? Sometimes we go through a lot of turmoil, that can sometimes have us questioning God's care about us? Sometimes we can be like Habakkuk with a burden about the wickedness that we see in the land, and wonder where is God and his justice? As the word of God says in Habakkuk 1:1-2. The burden which the prophet Habakkuk saw. O Lord, how long shall I cry, And You will not hear? Even cry out to You," Violence!' And You will not…

“Your attitude must be that of Christ.” Phil.2:5
Reflection:
If my attitude were that of Christ, my life and my activity would be purified of all that is incomplete, careless, worldly, and self-centered.
To be a Christian involves a commitment. I want to conform my day according to the Model Who…

Don’t be afraid. Have faith. God loves you!
Now, I know we all claim to believe this stuff, but how many of us really believe in our heart of hearts that it’s God’s greatest desire to give each of us the kingdom? (Luke 12:32) How many of us really believe that God knows, loves and cares about each of us individually, intimately, and…

“Cast all your cares on Him because He cares for you.” 1Pt.5:7
Reflection:
God directs all things. It is useless for me to become alarmed, and give way to haste and anxiety which only make me forget God!
I do not want to neglect anything of what I must do myself, but I also want to entrust to God all that He alone can do. He takes care of me.
Prayer:
“My Lord and Father, free me from all base earthly cares. Amidst the…

Dear Father, I am thankful for all you have done for me. I do appreciate the peace, love and joy that you have given me. Lord, money cannot buy these things. They come as virtues when we are "born again." Help me to walk in the Spirit Lord, so that these fruits may grow daily. I want to be more like you in all of my ways. I do seek Your wisdom as I need your guidance and understanding in the affairs of my life. Strengthen me as I daily face challenges and…

So we set up shop in the NICU. Little did we know that our stay would total 110 days. Both babies had patches over their eyes as they were still fused shut. We couldn't have visits til the little ones got settled in. And when we finally could it was only two at a time.
I remember like it was yesterday when my parents came to see them for the first time. I was proud and excited for this moment. Little did I realize how much of a shock it was for the visitors. We kind of got used to…

"If anyone is in Christ he is a new creation." 2Cor.5:17
Reflection:
If I have become a new creation, the old self of sin can no longer rule in me. My whole life-thoughts, words, actions, and sufferings-must bear the Divine stamp.
Today, I want to dedicate myself uniquely to this point.
Prayer:
O Lord, grant me each day a new fervor, fresh energy, and a more selfless love. Root out whatever in me is not from You, so that You can grow ever more…

"If anyone would serve Me, let him follow Me." John.12:26
Reflection:
Let this be my goal for this year: to follow Jesus/YAHUSHUA through all the paths that He may lead me - no matter how difficult or painful they may be. What is there to fear if the Master is with me and He Himself opens the way for me? In faith, I know that this path leads me to the Father and always ends in victory and glory.
Prayer:
"O Lord, take me by the hand and lead me to…

Take Me To The King, I don’t have much to bring,My heart is torn in pieces
It’s my offering,Take Me To The King,Truth is I’m tired,Options are few
I’m trying to pray But where are you?I’m all churched out, Hurt and abused I can’t fake,What’s left to do? Truth is I’m weak, No strength to fight, No tears to cry, Even if I tried, But still my soul Refuses to die
One touch-will change-my life

The Holy Scriptures include four Gospels. Each, written by a different author, is an account of the life, death, resurrection and ascension of Jesus Christ. In many respects and to a large extent, they relate the same chronology and set of facts about Jesus' earthly ministry. Each confirms that Jesus is the Christ or Messiah, pointing to his resurrection as the ultimate proof that he's the Son of God.…

Verse 11 To become wise, we must receive Gods correction, or His chastening. We should pray for it so that we will remain on the right path; if we go astray we can be destroyed. God corrects His children as an earthly father does. A good father never injures his children when correcting them. He chastens to teach proper behavior so that they will avoid pain and trouble. It is important to…
