- My story with God
- as a child looking back, I always knew God was there. I felt his presence. I did well at everything . I also did many wrong things as a child I would ask for courage or comfort and I would receive it. I loved God did not know Jesus or remember him. Thinking back, I thought God was there to serve me and that's why I loved God and that's why God loved me because making me happy made God happy.
As a child there are 3 events that changed my life. I prayed 3 prayers every night in bed Our Father, Hail Mary, and a prayer I can't remember with Angels in it. I asked God to make me taller, the details I remember little about, don't know how long I prayed for this. I am fairly certain at this point is where I left God. The second moment was in my sleep I had watched a war movie and the American soldiers were
backing Japanese families over a cliff to die. I mention this only because the movie comes to my mind whenever I think about the dream. In my dream I am falling endlessly but there is no color, not white, not black nothing, then i awoke. The 3rd event was a lazy morning wake-up. I woke up from the warmth on my back from the morning sunlight through the window but this was different , I have woke up to the morning light before and felt good and stretched and yawned .but this day I turned around to face the light as it coursed my body the joy and peace that I felt I'm sure I have been seeking
ever since. That day is my remembrance to God for decades
except negatively tho I did not know it then . . .
