Hello !!!I AM SOO BLESSED BY YOU!!!!!
I praise God that He has brought you here! Oh, my goodness! Just wwhen I think that the Lord isnt listening to me, He brings you. You are a gift to me from God. I dont need $,things,or anything else like I do the support of the ones that He brings into my life to minister to me, and share His love to me. I believe that throughout my walk with Christ, He speaks to me through people because Im such a "people person". I love to help others, and recieve wisdom from them in return. In the bible wisdom is more precious than the most precious gems. Wisdom was there with the Lord before He formed the heavens and the earth. I need all the wisdom I can get!! Especially about the mother and father issues that I have. For years, my mother convinced me that it was all my fathers fault that I was the way I am.(depressed,low self esteem,OCD,ADHD,suicidal,codependant,etc) Well, when I came to Christ, my eyes were opened to see more clearly in to the truth. It was both. My father was a alcoholic, and my mother was OCD,and narcisstic. She and I were the best of friends all my life, which I thought was "cool" all those school years, but looking back I need a mom, and a source of safety and protection. I didnt feel as if I had that. Because my dad wasnt really "there", my mom had the strongest influence on me which in turn affected my life. I have a very long testimony that blows the minds of others and it is soo cool to see the dramatic change God has done in me. But, I still deal with the pain my mother inflicted on me, and now in a time where I want her more than ever in my life because now I have kids that want a grandma, she is now too wrapped up in herself and the new life she has with her new husband, and all thier money.(My dad died years and years after they divorced. He died from cancer, and alcoholism 2 months befoe his only grandson was born) So, I am dealing with the loss of a mother now too. Emotionally...I cannot change her, I know. I cried out to the Lord many times for love. REAL UNCONDITIONAL LOVE!!! PLEASE LORD GIVE ME THE LOVE OF A TRUE FATHER AND A TRUE MOTHER!!!! and He said,"Daughter, I AM here. Oh those words were powerful...but the pain hurts soo bad!!!! Oh, how I cry for just a hug!!! Im a mom and a wife and I have realized that I dont know how to love!!!!
How much is your book?? I really would love to read it. I am now reading "The fathers Love". By Jack Frost. Funny name, but great author!!! I met him in person here in Utah. I also am reading "Breaking Free" from Beth Moore, and "Lord, where are you when bad things happen?", by: Kay Arthur.. All are good. but I need something that directly deals with the emptiness of not having the mothers love. Let me know how I can get a copy of your God given book!!! Such a blessing to meet you and have you join our community of believers as we get to know and become more knowledgable of the Lord and what He has for our lives. I have been here over a year and a half and this is home to me. You will love it here and enjoy the fellowship. It looks like you already have left messages with people and already getting used to it here. Praise God! Im soo happy to meet you!
I have been a Christtian now for 7 years and He has changed my life. I am not who I used to be. I would be dead if it wasnt for God. I am living proof that God can save anyone. Even the worst of sinners!!! I love what God has done and is doing in the lives of others.
I had to comment on the "mamapleaseloveme" name. It caught my eye because im dealing with alot of pain from my mother and the issues that are still there about her that need to be gone in order to move on in my life and recieve the blessings the Lord has for me. I want soo much for her to love me, but i have to accept that she cannot give me what only God can give me. and that is unconditional love. So, thank you for having that name!!! God is good and I believe that he brings people in to lives to help those out who are struggling. Thank you!
