- I was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada had a very successful career
working in Automobile Sales (Ford). The economy slowed down and the
competition increased, and sales integrity, so I went to work in the
Oil Patch, out of twenty-two diesel electric triples REGENT DRILLING
kept me on till the second last one was racked back. I was invited by
my family to leave the cold and move too Hawaii. For the fun of it
hired on as a commercial fisherman in a year’s time was working for
the most successful boat in the harbor for the better part of
twenty-four years Hawaii was home, except for a year in Nevada
(Roofing) and two in the North West Territories Canada. (Diamond
Drilling and Goldmines on the Tundra). In 1991 I was a victim of a
hit and run, while riding my motorcycle (lower left leg amputation, I
am NOT disabled) on the island of Hawaii (Water well Drilling). So I
went to College. After an early withdrawal (My father died
unexpectedly) I was recruited by the owner of SEALMASTERS OF HAWAII
restoring the exteriors of high-rises, riding swing stages, developed
a bone-spur and ended up as an Art Consultant on Maui. After the
Galleries started closing I tried to hang in but to no avail.
I came to Southern California with the hope of going into the mission
field through U-TURN for CHRIST after waiting for over a year and a
half to go to Thailand I was told that my adventurous past concerned
one of the decision makers. So I packed my bags and went to Scotland,
Israel, and Jordan for 6 months.
On the recommendation of a trusted friend I packed my life and came
up to Santa Cruz, I love the country and people here, I sincerely
hope this is my stop.
