I'm passionate about...: appreciating my salvation and taking my place among the Chosen of God!, caring for and supporting my family, my faithful marriage, accomplishing the challenges of my job, attending my church fellowship; creating a track I can sing to, harmony; speaking and writing with correct grammar and spelling (not that I always do so, but I am willing to learn); displaying my best appearance; decorating my house; etc!

My story with God: I received Christ at age 23; I was looking for guidance and boundaries as a young woman and found God and His Word to fill that void. He has given me much wisdom in life! I married a Christian man and minister; he has a wonderful insight into Scripture and has helped me understand it better. From the start, I believe God gave me the gift of "encouragement" and I have had many opportunities to encourage others. I struggle with witnessing to other people and knowing what to say at the right time. I am task-oriented and sometimes miss an opportunity to witness or assist someone because it came up suddenly or inconveniently, yet, I know God frequently works just that way! I hunger for a Bible study group to learn and share with.

Other stuff about me:: Our grown child is a believer (praise God!), I love to grow flowers; I love Fall and winter - the beauty of nature's changes each season (God is so creative!). My body and mind are getting old and God is teaching me thru this stage of my life too!
