My story with God: Time, decades; having passed in my overcoming; overwhelming challenges... against all odds has granted me wisdom and understanding; a view of things as they are, not as they seem. I have learned patience; and I feel the peace of passive understanding that had evaded me; I give credit for my talents, my mind, and my abilities to the God who created me... when I make the statement; "I have done my best, he knows it is truth." The dark side of the foreclosure matters in the news, in our faces and imposed upon our minds as signs of the times is wrong... an illegal "taking"... .Illegal Foreclosures are Crimes of Confidence. The newest shell game in town is the guessing game of "Who’s Got The Note?" This crime of confidence is nothing less than a moral assassination of character and community standing, a destruction of Do Unto Others As You Would Have Them Do Unto You! Such inhumane destructive forces a the mark the covetous sociopath, a consciousness lacking in those who are willing and capable of inducing human suffering as an indignation, and think it fun, a humor of deceit, third party deceit is rapant as is elder abuse and financial exploitation. My plesure will be taken in the stopping of these wild west raping and pillaging of lives of the innocent, the defenseless; the elderly in their overcoming of senseless, illogical Crime against the Spirit. Other stuff about me:: I am innkeeper at Greenbrier Place, 4836 Collins Road, Hamptonville, North Carolina... on hold... Greenbrier Place is the target of an illegal foreclosure. It;s owner, my mother is the victim of Article 18 14-90; embezzlement of property by employment... an illegal "taking" is in process, planned for Thurday, September 30, 2010. This is one day prior to the 25th anniversary of the death of my dad on October 1, 2010. Hugh Hemric was a Purple Heart veteran who left his wife with paid for property, a home and acreage of a farm now advertised as Hemric Century Farm... Greenbrier Place, Hemric House and The Rose and Thistle at Greenbrier Place are instrumental in how we live and earn an income... our businesses are located and are all related to the saving of Hemric Century Farm from these predatory advances... all related to an unprecendented Wachovia embezzlement of $180,000.00 from the Wachovia account of Rachel Long Hemric. 4836 Collins Road, Hamptonville, North Carolina. We are located in one of the most traveled hotspots for tourism in North Carolina and have numerous vineyards, tours and tastings located near Greenbrier Place.

Your escape to the country can be found in the heart of the two AVA's; North Carolina's designated wine growing regions. .West Yadkin is the western gateway to North Carolina Wine Country, Hemric Century Farm has remained in the same Hemric family in excess of two centuries; dating back to the signing of the Declaration of Independence and The Constitution.
