hello tracy. here's a joke i took at AAG forum again to cheer u up-
INNOCENCE IS PRICELESS
One Sunday morning, the pastor noticed little Felix standing in the foyer of the church staring up at a large plaque. It was covered with names and small American flags mounted on either side of it.
The six-year old had been staring at the plaque for some time, so the pastor walked up, stood beside the little boy, and said quietly,
'Good morning Felix.'
'Good morning Pastor,' he replied, still focused on the plaque.
'Pastor, what is this?'
The pastor said, 'Well son, it's a memorial to all the young men and women who died in the service.'
Soberly, they just stood together, staring at the large plaque. Finally, little Felix's voice, barely audible and trembling with fear asked, 'Which service, the 8:30 or the 10:45?'
hi tracy
how are things today? Been thinking bout you and your children. May God give you the strength you need to face whatever today!! My heart is with you!
Hi Tracy, hope your day is going ok.
I feel for you my sister!! I have been where you are and am still dealing with many issues. I have been legally divorced for 15 years now. I raised 2 boys on my own. It wasn't always easy, but we made it and they are wonderful young men. One has Ashburger syndrome and the other is a slow learner. They are 27 and 23 now. The youngest recently moved into an apartment with his friends. Now it's the empty nest thing everyone warned me about. For so many years my identity was so conected with others, now I have to figure out who I really am and what I'm supposed to be doing with my life now! I've felt the whole gambet of emotions through the last 20 years. Everything from anger at God, and myself, to wanting to just end it all and make the pain go away. I'm still searching for answeres. If you need to talk anytime, just holler!! God does give us the strength. For me it's a minute by minute dependincy!! My heart and prayers are with you!! Much love, your sister in Christ!
so how are your three kids? how old are they? it's an easy task to raise your kids, you are a counselor, you have all the skills to understand their needs and wants. am i right in saying this? i hope your kids will turn out to be the best kids ever.
