My story with God

For years I have been praying that God would make it clear to me what type of ministry I should get involved in.
He was silent in that area for many years.
I was at church about 3 months ago and the pastor was encouraging the congregation in ways we could get involved. For example he said you could volunteer at a soup kitchen, or work in the children’s ministry, or write a devotion...etc.
When he said “write a devotion,” that really got my attention. And as the days went on, that spark turned into a flame.
I’m excited and thankful, because it’s an incredible answer to prayer; a prayer I’ve been praying for many many years.
God doesn’t need me, but I want to be used to bring him glory.
My prayer is that God uses it to encouraged, bring hope, and strengthen people’s faith, and that he’s glorified in the process.
