Interests:: I enjoy reading the Bible, listening to christian music (Chris Tomlin), crocheting, looking at the sky and the stars and crossword puzzles.

I'm passionate about...: the Lord!!! Helping people understand the dangers of the air they are breathing in their homes.

My story with God: I have always "believed" in God since I was a little girl. My parents were not people who went to church or even talked about God but I know they "believe" in Him also. I spent 41 years of life "believing" in God and thought that was enough.

Five years ago when I found my soul mate I thought I had everything I ever wanted. We built a house together, we were driving the vehicles we chose and our daughter had everything she wanted... life was good... or so it seemed. About 18 months later my job became too stressful and my doctor told me to either quit my job or I was going to end up in the hospital, or worse. Needless to say, I quit my job (before having a new one). I tried to find a new job but nothing turned up. One thing lead to another and we wound up losing our home to foreclosure and our vehicles had to be turned in... life just got extremely difficult.

It seemed everything started going downhill and one day it all made sense to us and we said the prayer with a friend of our that lived in Louisana and thing became very clear as to why we were going through the struggles we were currently facing.

My husband and I both got baptized on January 25, 2009... it was the best day of our lives. The Lord resides in my heart and I thank Him every single day for being here with us.

Our lives have not gotten any better but we have put our faith in the Lord and know he will provide for us... as he has already shown many times already!!! God is Great!!!

Other stuff about me:: I have been married for five years in October, 09 and I have a beautiful 14 year old daughter from a previous marriage. I am actively seeking guidance to bring my daughter to the Lord and to trust in Him the way my husband and I have come to do. We do not want to push her to him as it will defeat the purpose. I want her to see Him work in our lives and that will give her proof that she needs to move closer to Him.
