- Oh wow. I was a mess. 3x ex felon, drug addict, incarcerated for many years, sexually molested as a child, the product of a physica!ly and mentally abusive household. Had a child that died of SIDS, my saving grace was a grandmother that took me to church regularly. While there I attended a Jesus northwest concert I accepted the lord as my savior while there then the most amazing thing happened! Christ touched me. It knocked me ( literally) on my back. The only thing I could physically do is breathe, weep, and praise God. I have never experienced anything like this before. The warmth, peace, joy and love I felt I don't think is humanly possible to explain. I think the lord knew i was going to fall away from him and that I would need this to hold on to when my doubts about Christ & Christianity kicked in. How can you denie the existance of Christ when that happens. I started attending a church my cousin invited me too and I have rededicated my lice to Christ. I'm now married, a father of 5 daughters and a son, a grandfather of 13. I am currently enrolled in a bible college and will receive a AA degree in theology upon the completion of my studies.
