My story with God: I've always felt connected to God. I was not raised in any religion, but have always gotten on my knees and prayed at night. I have lived a difficult, but blessed life and have always felt that God was protecting me. However, now that I have my own family, I feel that I need to understand more. Something deeper and I have started feeling like I need to truly understand Jesus Christ if I am to surrender and stop trying to control everything.
