I'm here to...: Strengthen my knowledge of God and strengthen my relaionship with God

Interests:: Reading, coloring, sewing, gardening, taking road trips, taking walks with my 2 dogs and husband, going to church, spending time with my family

I'm passionate about...: Wanting to live the life that God wants me to live. It's really important to me but so far I can't seem to see the path that I'm suppose to take and it concerns me especially since I'm getting older.

My story with God: I love God; I consider him to be my father and I really want to have a better, closer, deeper, relationship with him. Generally I don't trust easily, I feel I put barriers in front of me sometimes. Sometimes I take God in and sometimes I feel like I'm shutting him out. I don't understand the struggle. God has blessed me so much, I am in awe of his amazing grace and yet I still struggle.

Other stuff about me:: 56 year old, married for 18 years. I was saved by Franklin Graham in 1999. I really now want to get baptized but am struggling with having to do it in front of a whole church full of people. I know some of the church members but not all and the thought of being baptized in front of the congregation puts me in a panic but at the same time I feel it in my heart that I need this so badly.
