I'm here to...: make friends and learn more about Jesus and to grow in my faith

Interests:: my family, reading, House, Law and Order SVU, working out, seeing new things, spending time with friends, first time gardener as of last year, seeing new movies, art exhibits

My story with God: I committed my life to Jesus in 1997 when Billy Graham was in Minneapolis. I finally felt so much peace overcome me because I knew Jesus Had forgiven me for all my sins, etc!!! It was a wonderful feeling. I know I"m not anywhere near perfect but I have changed a lot for the positive. One of the things I'd like to do is find a new church. I'm so used to going to the Catholic Church but there are so many things I disagree with; like having to go to confession to be forgiven and having both mortal and immortal sins(whereas sin should just be sin).

Other stuff about me:: I'm most of the time very friendly but a little shy. I enjoy doing a lot of things. I want to grow closer to Jesus every day. I love my family and friends and would hope to make some more friends.
