OK it is easy to upload a profile picture, just put your cursor on the man who is standing on the grass, who is your profile picture right now, you will see the writing "change photo" click it.... and will take you in my Settings page... click brows, choose a photo from your computer (you need to have a photo on your computer), after plodding your new photo ..... scroll down to the page, and click save. I hope this will help you, and it will work.
