I'm passionate about...: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Witnessing

My story with God: Raised in church. God loving, God fearing mother and grandparents (maternal) who have prayed for me daily. When my father left us I was 12 yrs old. I prayed nightly for God to bring my dad home because I was taught in Sunday School that God loves us and cares for us and He hears our prayers. When my dad didn't come home I became very angry at God. My goal from that day on was to turn 18 and move out of the house so I would never have to step foot in a church again. I led a life of sex, drugs and rock and roll. My mom and grandparents NEVER stopped pettitioning God on my behalf. I truly was the little lost lamb and Jesus never stopped looking for me. There are people all through my life that God set in my path to impact me. I did find my way back and I truly thank God for His saving grace and mercy. I thank God that He understood that little hurt girl in me. Now I lead a victorious life in Christ and am a living, breathing, walking, talking testimony of how God can change a life!! Praise be to my Heavenly Father!!

Other stuff about me:: You know none of us even deserve salvation. God not only saved me, He also has blessed me with a wonderful husband and two great kids. We worship at Living Water Assembly of God church in Paris, Tx. and are blessed to have a pastor who is annointed with the Holy Spirit. The Spirit of God is evident when you walk in the door. I have never been to a church and immediately felt so loved and so much a part of a family.
