Hi Anthony when go to Church think about the following things k...

why do we have big doors for Church?

why is the church usually built like a cross from top view?

why do we have wooden pews our however the seating looks in church?

why is the such a long path toward the altar?

what is the significance of the altar?

why do people kneel?

why do you have to stand when the gospel is being read?

why is the priest not married?

why is their formal choir music?

why is church only and hour long?

why do we do the sign of the cross?

think about the order of things throughout mass

think about what happens when the priest says things?

Did you know that the first reading is from the old testament?

the 2nd from the new testament?

and the last reading is the gospel "the good news"

have you ever thought about the order of how mass starts?

why do we enter at the back of the church?

why do the last go out first then the first leave last out of the church?

Did you know that each reading ties in for a reason to bring our a very inspirational message?

Did you know that each time you go through mass you are actually moving through history with God?

For example,
we go in as sinners then we repent and we praise God for being merciful then we renew and profess our faith into diving deeper into the word of God to first learn about the history of what was known about God in the past then into the new testament about Jesus the son of God into his present time of life then the its the priest job to connect all stories together to give a good message of righteousness and truth to get us to live hopefully holy lives.

then the priest send you out saying something likke this
GO NOW IN PEACE TO LOVE AND SERVE THE LORD

so what does that mean to you?

listen carefully in mass its only an hour but it goes fast when you are concentrating on Jesus amen.

Lots of love to you Anthony hit me up if you need me or talk to Jesus and relax k :) <3

I apologise for my recent behaviour.
Brother Anthony I love you anyways
I am trying to develop a personal relationship with the lord
This good to hear
but find it difficult to form any kind of bond.
Why bro sit back and relax in your room of silence

I joined this website assuming that it would help answer some questions that I have concerning religion,
Never make assumption do you know why? I am sure you do lol if not let me know.

evrytime i ask a question i am made to feel like some kind of non-believer when this is not the case.
Beloved Brother of course not now try not to go off of feelings k and when feeling start to stir in you wait awhile listen before you type or speak. When you speak, kindly
I believe in god 100%
I have no doubt in that. amen
but i do not believe in certain parts of the bible,
find what strengthens you in the LORD focus on Jesus and be positive about things
in the old testemant God is portrayed as some kind of war lord which has
to guard you must, A GOOD LORD OF RIGHTEOUSNESS WHO WILL FIGHT WITH LOVE AND HONOR FOR HIS PEOPLE.
I am a warrior for Christ bro so anyone who harms shall have to come to me first.
lead to my recent doubt in the catholic church not God.
Do not doubt in your faith. You are led in places for a reason. If you do not like being a Catholic then try another place that bring you comfort peace and enjoyment in the Lord.
Lets chat about Catholic Church so I can help you to understand why we do certain things in mass. Like. Sit , kneel, and stand.

YOU ARE MY BELOVED CATHOLIC BROTHER IN CHRIST YOU ARE A BELIEVER NO DOUBT.
I love you in Christ,
Sis Stacey

Hi Anthony.. Please do not believe anyone who says they are without sin.. Scripture tells us this:

1Jo 1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us.
1Jo 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
1Jo 1:10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar and His word is not in us.

I hope this helps.. blessings and Love in Christ, Carla
