I guess overall, my all-time favorite dish. Boiled corn on the cob, potatoes and shrimp .. lots of shrimp; common Gulf Coast recipe, this was from Po' Folks, Ft. Lauderdale last December. Served with fritters, deep fried golf ball size garlic bread and iced tea. Served with small pots of melted butter, red horseradish sauce and tartar sauce. Dinner for 2 or 3, just right for me: I can eat a lot of shrimp! I basically lived on this the 15 years I was studying in Florida.
