Ever been Broken?

Many of us , like these broken TV's on the side of an abandoned prison,are broken by our faults and the faults of others.

And many of us get stuck in our own brokenness. Our image of our self is a broken one and that affects the rest of our lives.

Is there still hope for us broken people?Yes.The name of this hope is Jesus, the Christ!

Jesus said “I am the light of the world.” But He is also the light of each and one of us. Like the broken lamp, if we let Jesus in our hearts, He will light us up. His light will consume our brokenness. When we let Jesus light our being, people will start to see beyond our brokenness. They will see the light of Jesus shining in us. “It is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me” says St Paul.

And then we shall shine!
