I know but I see this happening everyday. Its a shame b/c these people leave their kids to do this to themselves. This man let me take this photo. He has HIV and those are abcess's on his arm from infected needle sticks. Instead of judging it as gross we ought to pray for him to God that he get help before it kills him. Amen.

This man is a drug user, look what happens to the body not to mention getting hepatitus C and HIV/AIDS.
