Harvest 2007

I was in charge of weighing the crates of grapes as they were brought in - just posed for the photo so show the fruit on the vine. This cultivar is Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Verdot. The grape juice is delicious, and the wine (which I don´t drink) is apparently top grade. It is still in the vats and should be ready sometime this year. I believe that the wine Jesus drank was non alcoholic. New wine was grape juice, before fermentation took place, i.e. no alcohol.
