Thank you :-) Matthew's birth was miraculous; we both nearly died! I was supposed to be induced on July 7, but on July 4 God sent me a message (very loud and clear) telling me to go to the hospital ASAP. When I got there, the baby was in distress and a c-section was performed. Upon entering my abdomen, the doctors and my husband Peter could see clearly that my uterus was on the verge of rupture. It was crystal clear, held together by the thinnest membrane. When the Dr touched it with the scalpel, it burst immediately! The water was black because the baby had passed meconium (a sign of distress) and had aspirated it into his lungs!! He required a bit of resusitation. Everyone in the OR agreed that if I had not arrived when I did, my uterus would have ruptured in a matter of minutes and resulted in the death of both me and the baby.
