Friend when you pray declare out loud that your mind is covered with the blood of Jesus Christ and that Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.The Holy Spirit is called the Spirit of Supplication, the one who takes our feeble attempts to pray and turns them into the true desire of our hearts when we pray.
You might also pray with another Christian who can agree with you that the enemy will bother or hinder you in your prayers.
Father you know how difficult it can be for us to pray, but is is even more difficult when we are being apposed by the dark forces of this world. Father put a shield of protection around Masego that when he prayers this head ache will be no more in the name of Jesus, amen.
One other thing, praise is a powerful weapon so as the Lord's pray start out in praise and adoration.
