    Thank you for writing, Dawn. And let me say that I deeply regret any hurt caused to your daughter as a result of what someone else said here.

    You asked about accountability.... We have a system of volunteer moderators in place who monitor our forums, groups and membership. We do our best to respond to any complaints in a timely manner and we investigate every report of someone publishing inappropriate or rude comments. If the offense is grievous or repeated or a violation of our membership agreement, we ban that member.
