God is Sovereign... which means He is over all things! In His Sovereignty, He could possibly have created the world in the way that you describe. However, by what I know of Him..It is not like Him to be distant and not involved! He is very present in our lives when we invite Him to be....He is relational! That includes all aspects of who HE is!
