    Sounds to me that you are already envolved in ministry, but they want more of your assistance, which is a blessing, but be careful saying "Yes" to too many responsabilities if you are not going to be able to live up to being effective in them due to too much work. So remember that God has called you and gifted you primarily to work in a specific area, but if you are able to do more then do so. Working for the Kingdom of the Lord in evangelism is a blessing and something our live styles should partake on.
