Miranda, just scroll down to the bottom of your page, you received an email when you joined from "the pilgrim" she is a moderator of the site. Click on her pic or name and go to her page to leave her a message about whatever you are having problems with and she will get back with you.  Also "David Velasquez" may be able to help you also.
